How do I request a refund for my Tea Burn purchase under the 60 day money back guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with Tea Burn, simply return all unused product back to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund.

All unopened Tea Burn product (packets and pouches) must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund under our 60 day money back guarantee. As per our "taken as labeled" guarantee, up to 2 empty/partially used pouches from your order will be accepted with your return. All other pouches must be returned unopened, undamaged, and seals intact within 60 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund (less S&H). 

You DO NOT need an RMA# to return the order. Instead, please include your full name, email address, and mailing address with the merchandise you are returning so we can match up the return to the correct account for the credit. Or, you can print off your email invoice(s) and include that in the package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please do not use "REFUSED/RETURN TO SENDER" shipments as they are not guaranteed to be returned by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) and may effect your refund eligibility. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
